As adults we often forget and loose connection with the importance of play. We can take life and ourselves very seriously, missing out on the joy and restorative nature of play & fun. Instead of being a passive consumer become a creator of fun to generate positive emotional energy.

Activities can be our teachers and help us stay connected to different parts of ourselves, our creativity, curiosity and sense of fun. Many high performers from historical figures to elite premiership managers take lessons from diverse activities and the arts and apply their principles and lessons back into their sports & professions.

We facilitate Resilience through creativity & Play workshops with the amazing charity Clowns without borders and donate funds to support projects at home & internationally.

A lack of play should be treated like malnutrition, it’s a health risk to your body & mind.
